Honey Fudge Squares

 

 

 

Method:

Fudge:

Cream 6oz. margarine, 5oz. sugar and 1 tbsp honey, add alternatively beaten eggs and sifted flour.

Bake in shallow 7" x 11" tin on middle shelf for 20-25 minutes in preheated moderate oven.

Allow to cool a little.

Frosting:

Melt 2oz margarine and 1 tbsp honey in basin over boiling water, stir in 6oz. castor sugar, spread mixture over "cake" and cut into squares.

6oz. Self-Raising Flour
