Honey Flapjacks

 

 

Method:

Cream together fat and sugar, beat in honey, work in rolled oats and spread mixture into well greased shallow tin.

Bake on middle shelf for 40 minutes in a preheated moderate oven (350°F/180°C).

Allow to cool before cutting into fingers.

Do not turn out of tin until quite cold.

 

 

3oz. Sugar

6oz. Rolled Oats

3oz. Margarine

1 Tablespoon Honey
